Target Happenings - Clements Chronicles

People have an obsession with Target. I have a HUGE obsession with Target. I love going there whether it is for myself or for other people. I don’t know what it is, maybe it’s the bright lights and the red, maybe it’s the low prices. I’m not sure, but I love it.

This particular Target trip was partly for us, but mostly for others. This trip was to celebrate a couple of our November birthdays.

Brie’s birthday was last week and we got her the new T-Swift (Taylor Swift) CD. She loved it! I can’t wait to steal it back from her so I can download it to my iPod.

The next order of business was for little guy Benji. For those who do not remember, Benji is my youth/worship pastor’s son. He is probably one of my favorite kids, he has got an amazing little personality for a 2 year old and Myke adores him.

Silly me, I forgot to take a picture of the two shirts that we purchased from Target.

One was a Yo Gabba Gabba shirt (Benji’s personal favorite).

The other was Myke’s doing, Star Wars.

We were going for a Batman shirt, but they didn’t have his size, but you better believe that I’m going to keep my eyes open for that shirt. It was too cute!

However, I do have some pictures of a couple other interesting things that happened on our Target adventure…

Really? Words with Friends (aka Scrabble) and CityVille (aka Monopoly)?

I just laughed when I saw these because all I can think of was how hard these people must have worked to get these games made. They are so popular online, they will do great as board games right?

Wait…what?

So when we came out of the store this was behind our car. It must have belonged to the people that parked next to us. We just started laughing. What went through their minds?

“I’m just going to put it behind this person’s car, they won’t mind”

“Man I don’t feel like walking 5 feet to put my cart in an empty spot, so I’ll just put it here”

Anyone else have a thought as to what went through their head? If so leave a comment, I would love to know what other people think.
