Oregon Trails: Portland

Myke, me and his parents flew into Portland and spent the night at a hotel. Friday was spent in Portland and Myke’s brother and wife came in that morning. Portland will always hold a special place in my heart, especially that is where Myke and I went for our honeymoon. Our first place was food-Little Big Burger. We had three major places that we knew we were going to hit: Powell’s Bookstore, Stumptown Coffee, and VooDoo Doughnuts.

See that doughnut in the top right corner? That’s the Captain Crunch doughnut-I will always get that one when I go there #yesplease. I was very gracious and let my sister in law have most of it-that’s how much I love her!

We made a pit stop at a really cute hat store and Myke finally found a hat that not only I like, but he loved! He wore it most of the weekend and he looks super good in it, if I do say so myself. We tried on fun hats too…

This day is another reason why I will hold Portland in a special place in my heart
