Nutrisystem Week 2
Week 2 was a whole lot better!
Oh my goodness I feel so much better about this system. I figure I just needed to get over the emotional part of doing Nutrisystem. My body is doing a lot better, but it was my mind that needed a little more work. The food is still tasting good and I’m still running at least 3 times a week.
I’m still happy I’m doing this. If you recall in my last post, it took me a little while to get used to the idea of Nutrisystem. It is a change in your life, but if you embrace it and you are passionate about it, you will definitely see results.
This weeks loss: 2 pounds. Total weight loss: 6 pounds.
I’m not dropping weight like crazy and I do have to keep reminding myself that it takes a little longer for women. Especially if you aren’t working out all the time. I’m happy with that number. Plus just doing this is really helping me feel better about myself and helping me with my portions and that’s what I really wanted.

dang! 2 weeks and 6 pounds already? it took me running a MARATHON and training for 18 weeks to lose that. you’re on point!
