Girls Night

Ever since I was married, I have taken times with my girlfriends very seriously. I live with a guy and that has it’s perks, but I do miss having my girls close by like I did in college. I’ve been thinking about how much I loved living with the girls that I lived with. We would have times when we would do our homework, but then eventually we would start watching Friends. Every so often girls need a night with their girls to be a girl. The women at our church went on a retreat this past weekend and I was unable to go, however I’m very glad I was able to spend time with this dear friend of mine one on one and spend quality times with her.

Our girls night was as simple as you can get. We went to Susie’s Cupcakes in Calabasas and then a quick trip to Target and then Sephora and Lush. We came back to my place, used a face mask that we purchased at Lush, painted our nails, and watched movies. It was just what we both needed. Time with each other, relaxation, and cupcakes.
