Weekend Recap

This past weekend, I watched my cousin get married. There is such something so special about seeing someone you love so dearly marry someone that make them so happy. 

I did not take as many pictures, but I took a few with some family. Myke stayed home with Olivia who decided to not nap at all and also decided to have a tooth pop through. It did give me a night out before MJ comes and I got to spend some good quality time with my cousins.

After the ceremony and dinner, we all made our way over to the dance floor, which is one of the places my family shines at weddings. The highlight of the whole evening for me was watching my cousin do her version of the father/daughter dance. Her father unfortunately passed away a few years ago and so she decided that instead of doing the traditional father/daughter dance, she did a sister/brother dance. Her older brother started the dance and her younger brother finished it. It was so beautiful and it was perfect.

While I was having with my cousins, Myke spent some good time with Olivia. I’m glad she has days like this with her family, I get her every day, so she gets a little change. They even put together a little video of the day!
