Even More Make Up!
My husband I’m sure is rolling his eyes in his mind with all the make up I’m getting. This purchase was more about updating what I already have and getting some stuff that I would be good to have on hand.
e.l.f. Brush Shampoo. I have been needing this for a long time!! If you do not have some, please get some. Clean your brushes!!
Maybelline Dream Matte powder. I have a lot of powders, but I had heard good things about this, so I wanted to give it a try. I like the way it feels on my face and I like how it goes onto my face. It’s a little light, but I just have it mostly because I like the matte look instead of the dewy look.
e.l.f. Blush brush. I’ve been looking for a good blush brush because I have been getting blush samples in my Birchbox and so I decided to get e.l.f. because they are good and the price is right.
Milani Bronzer, #2 Fake Tan. I’ve been looking for a good bronzer and this is it. I really do like it, it may not be the BEST one out there, but for my first time purchasing this item, I like it. Plus as you can see, the price was a steal.
Maybelline Dream Nude Airfoam foundation, Nude Perfect Finish. I saw Aubry use this in one of her tutorials and I thought I would give a try. You never know right? I have to say it isn’t bad. I like the way it goes on my face, it’s bit streaky, but that’s why I have the matte powder. I don’t use a whole lot of it though, so that’s nice.
Maybelline Super Stay 24 hour Concealer. I have a good concealer, but this one was more my color. Plus I like the way this goes on my skin better then the other one I have.
Through my little make up purchases, I have realized that most of the purchasing happens because of preference. Most of the time, you just don’t like the product on your face, that doesn’t mean the product is bad, it’s just not for you.
Plus, I’m guessing I like Maybelline.
