Day Off

Today is my day off and so far it has been anything but relaxing.

I’m trying to calm down and relax because this is my one day off a week (except Sundays). At least this  stuff is happening on my day off instead of while I’m at work and I have to worry.

Don’t you hate when that happens?

You’re at work, working your booty off, when all of a sudden, a friend/parent/kid/spouse/sibling calls and something is wrong and you say the coldest thing.. “Well I’m at work…” That was one of the worst feelings in the world when I have to tell people that. Even when it’s a friend calling and says she’s upset, you still go back to work and feel bad you just blew them off (well I know I do).

I’m sure we have all been there. I’m hoping it doesn’t happen too often to people.

As for the rest of my day, I’m just going to do some yoga, work on some crafts, and continue working on my blog. That’s another thing. If it feels like I haven’t been writing as often, it’s true. I’m actually working on some stuff for the blog, a possible link up, sponsor stuff and maybe even a give away. I’m hoping I can do them in the near future.
