• Another Special Day

Today is yet another special day for our little family. One year ago today, I walked in to our daughter’s room at Children’s Hospital LA to our primary nurse, Brooke, and another nurse standing over my girl. As a parent of a NICU baby, your first thought is “Oh no, what’s going on?!” and I’m pretty sure I had that look on my face when I walked in because Brooke told me to hurry in…

  • One Year Ago Today

I just put Olivia down for a nap and decided to write a little something on this special day. I woke up this morning pretty sore. MJ decided late last night to show off her dancing skills and she enjoyed it so much, she did it all night. My whole body is starting to feel the pregnancy cramps and pains. The spa is absolutely beautiful…

  • Getting Ready for Baby #2

A couple weeks ago, we made a trip to our storage unit with all of our belongings to get some things for Baby #2. We figured, get majority of things out that we knew we would use/need in the first month and then take it from there. Luckily we didn’t have too much to get. I have to admit, I starting to feel a little anxious about having baby girl here. I remember feeling this…
