Let's Go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium!

So a few weeks ago, we had the amazing opportunity to take a few days off in the middle of the week and head out to Monterey! We stayed in the beautiful Butterfly Grove Inn, which we highly recommend, it’s a little dated, but if you have kids, the family room is a really nice suite with the king bed in the front room and the queen bed even has a separate bathroom!

The main attraction was on Wednesday when we got to take the girls to the Monterey Bay Aquarium for their first time. Let me tell you! They about lost their minds seeing the open sea tank with the hammerhead sharks. We saw everything, and I mean everything the Aquarium had to offer, it’s so fun seeing them experience it for the first time and the absolute wonder! I think their favorites were the Jellyfish exhibit and the octopus exhibit!

One cool thing I was able to do, was to capture some west coast beach sunset photos!
