Puddle Cake

- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 ½ Cups Flour
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Cold water
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt into ungreased pan.
Make three puddles using oil, vinegar, and vanilla
Pour cold water over top and stir until mixed.
Bake at 305° F (Metal Pan) or 325° F (Glass Pan) for 25-30 min, or until done.
