Mindy Kaling – Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (Book Review)

I can’t remember the last time I read a book and actually laughed out loud. I usually  prefer a good mystery story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. When I received the book from Birchbox, I was a little nervous about getting a comedy book. I was interested in reading the book because I had heard so many good things about it, I decided to give it a try. Overall I would highly recommend this book.

Mindy Kaling shows us the side of celebrities we love and keeps us smiling and laughing throughout. She tells us stories of her childhood, weight troubles, and being a celebrity. She is extremely creative, bright, and I have to admit, now I kinda want to be her best friend.

It is a super easy read, I read a huge chunk of it on 2 hour road trip to Solvang a couple weekends ago and I was giggling the whole time and kept reading parts to Myke as he drove.

Thanks again Birchbox for letting me have this amazing book. It’s going to be a fun read to pass along to my girlfriends.
